Howdy! I'm Richard Mobley, and I am genuinely, wholeheartedly FOR you. My name literally means "keeper of others' welfare" — and from the time I was old enough to understand that, it has shaped everything about the way I lead, serve, and show up for the people in my world. It's not just what I do; it's who I am.For over a decade, through my company The Seven Four Group and its leadership brand Be Far More!, I've had the privilege of walking alongside individuals, teams, and organizations — helping them discover and step into the extraordinary potential that already lives inside them. Be Far More! is powered by Seven Four Group, the corporate engine behind every coaching engagement, training experience, mastermind group, and leadership conference we deliver. I've walked the leadership path you're on — celebrating the wins and learning hard lessons from the stumbles. Those stumbles, honestly, have been some of my greatest teachers. I bring all of it — the wisdom, the scars, and the victories — to every conversation, every coaching session, and every training room.My faith is the lens through which I do everything. The name Be Far More! springs directly from one of the most powerful promises in all of Scripture: "God can do anything, you know — far more than you could ever imagine or guess or request in your wildest dreams!" (Ephesians 3:20, MSG). That verse isn't just a tagline — it's a conviction. I believe with everything in me that there is always more growth available to you, more influence within your reach, and more leadership capacity waiting to be unlocked. And while my perspective is shaped by my Christian faith, the leadership principles I teach are universal and welcome to everyone, regardless of where you are on your faith journey.I discovered the Hebrew word "Avodah" — the beautiful truth that our work can be our worship — and it changed everything about how I approach leadership development. Whether I'm running a coaching session, speaking at a conference, or sitting across the table from a leader in crisis, it's all sacred work when done with the right heart. My mission is simple: to illuminate your blind spots, inspire you to take action, and empower you to Lead Yourself, Your Team, and Others to Be Far More than you ever imagined possible.
